- Since 2010, the titular character of the franchise has been voiced by Roger Craig Smith.
- In a bit of cross-promotion with with the hedgehog's new movie, the official Transformers Twitter account retweeted the film's second trailer (as both films are produced by Paramount) from the film's account, encouraging people to see it, and then again retweeted another tweet promoting the film.
