Zunonbat

The Zunonbats are Decepticon fliers from the Mystery of Convoy portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

A Zunonbat (ズノンバット Zunonbatto) is a flying member of the Decepticon forces.

Zunonbats are one of the many Decepticons sent to impede Ultra Magnus in his mission. They hang from the ceiling, their wings protecting them from blaster fire. When Magnus draws near, they drop down to attack in a slow wavy pattern that is pretty easily avoided, plus they're now vulnerable to attack. Luckily for Magnus, they are disinclined to turn around should he slip past them.

They first appear in the Subspace Zone (Stage 4), but reappear in the Underground Machine City (Stage 9). Transformers: Mystery of Convoy
