It's like someone mooshed Sinistar.

Heru (ヘル) are speedy roving sentry drones used by the Decepticons.

Found only within the Temple Ruins, Heru patrol the platforms by sliding back and forth at high speed. Their top-mounted cannons are designed to catch any Autobot attempting to jump over them unawares.
