Megatron mentions that he has been home for a long time, referencing the Decepticons using the space bridge in "Escape From Earth." The same episode was also unclear if Vector Sigma had been left on Earth. This episode confirms it to have been brought home by the Decepticons.
Drift "defected" back in "Maccadam's." His true allegiances were hinted at in his response to Hot Rod in the opener.
Continuing the returns, Bludgeon, last shown hovering away in "Secret Science", shows up to defend Vector Sigma.
