Patrick Descamps (born on July 13, 1956) is a belgian actor, as well as a theater director/teacher. He played in a lot of plays and movies and is now active in voice acting too. He is at times the french voice of Robert De Niro (though De Niro's regular french voice is famous as well in french Transformers fandom).

He won five awards for his theater roles between 1985 and 2008.
