A frustrated Hot Rod attempts to free more of his comrades while Perceptor makes an epic discovery.
Synopsis
Everyone cheers at the parade as Prime enjoys his time as grand marshal. That is, until Hot Rod attacks the head float.
At Maccadam's, the crew plot their next move to free others from the Quintessons. After briefly getting in a scuffle with Dead End, Hot Rod sets out to free Optimus, while Perceptor ponders the reason that Maccadam's is Quintesson-free.
As Hot Rod enters the loop, he gets blocked by Rack N' Ruin giving out fingers of pride, and quickly spots Prime's float. As he makes his way through, Arcee stalls him with a selfie, and he gets crush by the cube, forcing a reset once the flyers arrive.
Back at Maccadam's, Perceptor tries to ask the barkeep why the Quintessons are refusing to attack the bar, only to find him gone. Still striving to find an answer, Perceptor tries luring the creatures through, though as soon as one of the got to the door, it stopped, with Perceptor realizing that the building shields them from detection even when the door is open.
Back in the loop, the parade is reset upon Hot Rod yet again, and determined to reach Optimus, speeds through everything, but fails as the flyers take to the finish.
At Maccadam's, Perceptor searches for answers, Dead End slips loose that Hot Rod went to save Optimus, prompting Clobber to go after him. Perceptor then finishes his scan, dragging an annoyed Dead End with him.
The loop resets on Hot Rod failure after failure, yet he continues to try, while Dead End and Perceptor scale a neighboring building. Hot Rod continues to try and free Optimus, and frees Whirl from the loop. The frightenned copter bot then makes a break for it. Hot Rod continues to try, but is caught by a Quintesson, only to be saved by Clobber and the freed Whirl. Perceptor then reveals his discovery: the bar is part of a Titan.
