Pressures are Decepticon drones from the Generation 1 continuity family.
You have to learn to pace yourself

Pressure (プレシャー Pureshā) plates are hovering platforms installed in numerous Decepticon holdings. They act as miniture elevators, rising and falling in steady rhythm.

But you will come to a place where the only thing you feel are loaded guns in your face and you'll have to deal with

Pressures can be found in many Decepticon bases. They make gaps between rocky outcroppings in the Floating City crossable, but are most often encountered in the massive rooms where the area guardians await. Using their up-and-down motions to avoid the guardians' weapons and attack their weak points is the key to Autobot victory. Transformers: Mystery of Convoy

Notes

  • The "Pressure" name and illustration come from a Mystery of Convoy promo video that uses an early build of the game, as well as making many claims to have characters that do not actually exist in the final build. It's also fairly vague as to exactly what the "Pressure" are (the dialogue just says they work with the "Tabara" enemies), but a hovering platform is shown on the screen at the time the illustration pops up. Of course, said platform is in an area that the final game has exactly none floating platforms in, and really the illustration has questionable resemblance to the plaforms... so... look, we're trying, this game is a mess, okay?
