Behold! There is no knight more noble than Thunderhowl, knight of the Primes. With his sword and shield, his majestic wolf mode, plus his courage and gallant chivalry, there is no quest he won't go on for his comrades or Liege Prime. Once you show trust, rejoice, for his alliance is clear; his sword is at your service.

Fiction

Cyberverse cartoon

Voice actor: Rich Orlow (English)

Thunderhowl was a Cybertronian knight under the servitude of an unnamed Prime, who sent him on a quest to destroy the Crystal City during the Age of Expansion. He ultimately ended up trapped, as the City materialized a crystal double and sent him into a wall. He would only be freed several periods later by the worthy Autobots Bumblebee and Chromia, who he saved from their own duplicates as a sign of chivalrous gratitude. Upon finding their righteous quests followed the same route, Thunderhowl honourably joined them and with their help, defeated the ignoble crystalline king and the Autobots recovered a fragment of their friend.

Thunderhowl later joined Bumblebee and Chromia on the way home, where he pledged his allegiance to the Autobots and his new Liege Prime: the virtuous Optimus Prime. He was accepted before he could finish his knightly speech, as Optimus (literally) had a lot of weight on his shoulders. Thunderhowl

Cyberverse Deluxe Class Thunderhowl is a new mold, transforming from knight-themed robot to mechanical wolf. He comes with his sword and shield, and an action attack effect part for his wolf mode. Thunderhowl's design draws inspiration from his concept art, though slightly tweaked (most notably adding more gold), and his face features the battle mask design. He comes with a piece of the build-a-bot Maccadam.

Notes

  • Thunderhowl's design slightly resembles the gallant Beast Wars Siverbolt along with several other similarly-themed 'bots such as Weirdwolf. His final model, however, deviates from both his concept art and toy.
