Laserbeak is a Decepticon from the Cyberverse continuity family.

Laserbeak is the partner of Soundwave.

Fiction

Originally part of a flock, Laserbeak was captured by Soundwave, who gave him his name and role as his partner-in-crime. The Scientist

Believing the Decepticons had the AllSpark, the Autobots launched an attack on the Nemesis. During the battle, Laserbeak got into a dogfight with Windblade. Dark Birth

Laserbeak pursued a recently-escaped Chromia and although he was knocked aside, Soundwave was able to detain the Autobot. The Battle For Cybertron I During the subsequent Autobot-Decepticon battle, Laserbeak attacked Teletraan-X, only to get shot off by Whirl. The Battle For Cybertron II

Later, after infiltrating a Quintesson stronghold to free the Autobots and Decepticons imprisoned inside, Soundwave and Hot Rod managed to find the location of the control node holding their allies in a simulation. Restrained by a scientist, the former released Laserbeak to relay the information back to the other recently-escaped Cybertronians. The Scientist

During the subsequent battle with a possessed Croaton, Laserbeak assisted Windblade with breaking into the Titan in order to rid him of Quintesson control. The End Of The Universe IV

As Megatron prepared to confront a version of himself from another universe, Laserbeak monitored his scheming with Wild Wheel and reported the interaction back to Soundwave. Silent Strike

Cyberverse Laserbeak extends from Soundwave's chest when his Action Attack is activated. He's cast in translucent pink plastic with painted eyes and cannot actually detach from Soundwave.
