The Dweller is a monstrous being of a Titan. Tentacles throughout his being, he would do anything to have citizens... if the aren't scared away by his demeanor.

A treacherous Titan banished to the depths of the Argon Sea, the Dweller was guarded by Hammerbyte, who was soon put under his trance as a ploy of inhabiting himself with citizens. He had the shark-bot kidnap the Cityspeaker Windblade to this end, and brainwashed Bumblebee and put Hammerbyte back into a trance. Chromia managed to snap them out, and they fled with Windblade while the only thing he caught was an empty shuttle.
