Claudio Moneta (born May 20, 1967) is an Italian voice actor, known for roles such as the titular character from SpongeBob Squarepants, Doctor Doom from Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, Maximillion Pegasus in Yu-Gi-Oh!, The World's Martial Artists Tournament Announcer and Zarbon in Dragon Ball Z, Major Glory on Dexter's Laboratory, Boss on Hamtaro, Captain K'nuckles on The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, Commander Shepard in Mass Effect (except in the second game), Carnage on Spider-Man Unlimited and Kakashi in Naruto (briefly replaced by Gianluca Iacono for a while).
