Falcia is attacked en route to her rendezvous.

Synopsis

Stella does not respond well to Falcia's earlier insults towards the Super Stunt Team and gives the Mini-Con a piece of her mind. Falcia is unfazed, insulting Stella too before blowing the ship's escape hatch and rocketing off with the Mini-Con storage panel she's taken from Redline. Redline sighs, Stella grouses, and Servo, oblivious as ever, waves goodbye to Falcia.

Falcia contacts her teammate Combusta as she approaches Seattle, but is attacked by the Speed Chaser Mini-Cons in their Magnawing mode. Combusta takes off to intercept, while Redline and Flat-Out race along the ground to back them up. Falcia takes a powerful shock from the evil Mini-Cons and plummets just as Combusta arrives. Torqued that someone would hurt her "maquinita", Combusta converts to cannon mode and drives off the Magnawing with an impressive display of firepower.

Flat-Out contacts Combusta via radio, alerting her that they've found Falcia...but unfortunately, the panel she carried has been severely damaged.

Quotes

"My, such innarestin' pets you raise 'ere. Whassa 'er name, eh? Redmop, mebbe?"

Falcia makes a new friend in Stella

"Well, Robo-b*tch sure doesn't need [a Fixer Bug] to turn her mean, does she?"

—See? Stella likes her already.

Notes

  • This comic was available only with the sixth volume of the Micron Legend DVD in Japan, along with the exclusive Combusta toy. Later pressings of the DVD did not include either.

Transformers references

  • The storage panel Falcia carries was taken from Redline last issue, leaving him with only two.
  • Falcia launches a pair of missiles at the Magnawing. These are, of course, non-removable on the actual toy.

Trivia

  • Hirofumi Ichikawa noted he wasn't particularly happy with how the colors came out in this issue, having been a bit rushed.
  • Twirl is mentioned by name as the female Mini-Cons' third team member, currently locked away in the panel Falcia took.
  • Like Falcia's Italian accent, Combusta's Mexican accent was added to the English-language translations by Doug Dlin, as that's how Ichikawa had envisioned the character, but couldn't get it to come across in Japanese.
  • Page four of this issue is a bio of Stella Holley.
