The White Order is one of seven colored orders of the Primus Vanguard, led by White Gallant Convoy, who carries the White Matrix. Their base is the White Planet.

Generations Selects comic
Alerted by Primus to the destruction of the Blue Order by Megatron Omega, White Gallant Convoy assumed that the enemy attacking the White Planet was Megatron himself. However, one of his soldiers informed him it was in fact Halfshell, come for the White Matrix. Considering Halfshell was later seen carrying said Matrix, the Order probably didn't do very well.
