Jacques Lavallée

Jacques Lavallée (b. May 11, 1954) is a Canadian actor specialized in dubbing, in addition to his films appearances.
He is the Canadian French voice of Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter saga. In animation, he provided the voice of Jon Arbuckle in Garfield and Friends, Rafiki in The Lion King films, Owl in Winnie the Pooh. Lavallée also voiced Yoda in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Episode VIII: The Last Jedi.
