OK, admittedly I stopped paying attention to the comics for a long time and I'm still trying to catch up, but when was ChromedomexRewind made canon? --Youreallycan 07:16, 23 March 2013 (EDT)

Issue #12 establishes Chromedome as Rewind's "significant other" (actual quote), and the whole story revolves around the emotional turmoil Chromedome feels when Rewind is grievously wounded, culminating in some very, very bad things happening over the course of the next few issues. - Chris McFeely 07:44, 23 March 2013 (EDT)

Character songs

Where could we potentially put the character-specific songs Roberts has posted on the IDW boards? They aren't associated with certain issues, but putting them on character articles wouldn't really work either as they're specific to MTMTE. On this article, maybe? Jalaguy 06:54, 17 April 2013 (EDT)

Why couldn't they be put in each character's notes section? --Khajidha 10:22, 17 April 2013 (EDT)

Issue list formatting

Okay, so we got rid of the organsing-by-TPB-volumes format a while back, quite rightly, since the TPB organisation doesn't have much to do with anything, but in the future, how would people feel about organising things like so:

{{{title}}}
"Season 1":

Dark Cybertron:

"Season 2":

James Roberts has used the Season 1/Season 2 terminology quite a bit in interviews and stuff, so that concept does have a semi-official basis. Jalaguy 12:09, 18 August 2013 (EDT)

I don't love it. - Chris McFeely 16:07, 18 August 2013 (EDT)
I like that it's chronological. It bugged me that the Annual wasn't in the right place. Antimatter 19:42, 19 August 2013 (EDT)

Given it doesn't look like the Annuals are an annual thing, I think we should merge the Annual into the list of issues. --abates (talk) 20:23, 29 August 2014 (EDT)

I like that better than what the article has. Article's list is kinda unwieldy. --ItsWalky (talk) 20:43, 29 August 2014 (EDT)

A query: even though Lost Light is a renumbering/retitling, would it be the way to go to list its future issues in this page's list as well, since they would have been Season 3 if not for the IDWverse becoming the Hasbroverse. Minimusminor (talk) 07:10, 27 July 2016 (EDT)

No, they'll get a separate article. - Chris McFeely (talk) 08:05, 27 July 2016 (EDT)

All your favorite childhood heroes?

How the hell is Rung a childhood hero when he was only created recently? --Cannonfodder4000 (talk) 07 August 2015 (EDT)

Ever heard of a "joke"? --Riptide (talk) 07:59, 7 August 2015 (EDT)
This might explain it. --abates (talk) 18:39, 7 August 2015 (EDT)

Soundtrack

When I listened to the MTMTE soundtrack, it dawned on me how white it was and realized well, indie/rock music is very white. It led me to reading about how music labels are rooted in 20th century segregation and how non-white artists like Kendrick Lamar, MIA or FKA Twigs are still considered hip hop or some made-up variation thereof despite being really esoteric. Thing is, I did not want to be rude and tweet to James Roberts to listen to some Jimi Hendrix or whoever because, given there are some non-white artists in the season 2 playlist, someone likely did joke to him about how mayonnaise his taste is. Is it a case of 'Yes indie music is white, you never knew?" Tried to be measured here, but as this is TFWiki would we rather have joked "His taste in music is whiter than sour cream," and left it at that? Alientraveller (talk) 10:17, 3 March 2016 (EST)

It seems to me that this is something that doesn't really belong here. MTMTE has an indie soundtrack because the author likes indie music, that's hardly the place to insert social commentary on how indie music is super-white. It just sounds like you're taking a pop at Roberts. - Chris McFeely (talk) 11:03, 3 March 2016 (EST)
This is as relevant as inserting a note about how racist Temple of Doom is on Indiana Jones. Unless it's directly relevant to Transformers (i.e. the racism in Michael Bay's movies, the misogyny in lots of Japanese and American fiction), this isn't the place. Saix (talk) 11:10, 3 March 2016 (EST)

Wikipedia

Sorry if this is irrelevant, but has anyone ever noticed how hilariously bad the Wikipedia page for MTMTE is? Should we do something about it? Genitus (talk) 14:02, 28 December 2018 (EST)

If Wikipedia's page is garbage, then that hopefully translates into more clicks for us in the long run! Grum (talk) 14:37, 28 December 2018 (EST)

The japanese names for the Scavengers

According to my friends, Krok, Fulcrum and Spinisters name are written in a review, if anyone can read japanese and check the review for said name that would be excellent (I would do it but as pointed many a times, i don't speak the language and should stay out of adding the japanese name)

Trust me the names are there--Projectus (talk) 03:37, 19 June 2020 (EDT)
