Philippe Dumond

Philippe Dumond is a French actor and voice actor. He is the regular voice of Garry Chalk (but he didn't voice any Prime or any Primal) and Harry Hamlin. He also voices sometimes Michael Ironside (but he didn't voice any Magnus), Ben Cross, Lance Henriksen and Keith David.

He is also known for being the voice of Agent 47 in the Hitman franchise, and Hugo Strange in Batman: Arkham City.
