The second figure released in the Collaborative line, Gigawatt transforms into a heavily customized DeLorean, representing the iconic vehicle from the Back to the Future film trilogy. In his vehicle mode, his gull-wing doors can open and close; his wheels fold in on hinges so as to replicate the DeLorean's flight mode in the film. His alternate mode also features a detachable pole and hook in reference to Doc Brown's improvised lightning rod, and the "Mr. Fusion" generator Doc obtained at the conclusion of the first film. In robot mode, Gigawatt displays a chest-mounted flux capacitor with three dates, each corresponding to the time periods Doc and Marty visited in the first two movies.

Gigawatt is packaged in a nostalgic Generation 1-styled box in vehicle mode, much like the contemporaneous Vintage G1 line.
