Accelerator
- Accelerator is a Transformer from the 2019 IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Accelerator is a Reversionist Curate who takes care of the youngest member, Gauge. Leaving Cybertron with the rest of her religion, she adheres to Heretech's doctrine and does not question why parts of the ship are locked off. She only wishes Gauge would get her head out of the stars and devote herself to serving Heretech, and through him, Primus. Before she left, she seemed to be some kind of funeral director amongst her fellow Reversionists.

At the reluctant behest of Orion Pax, Accelerator presided over Brainstorm's funeral and sent his lifeless body into the plasma pyre to become one with Cybertron once more—a political move designed to appease Cybertron's Reversionist party over what Brainstorm would have wanted. As the political situation on Cybertron deteriorated, Heretech announced his plans to take his Reversionists and leave the planet entirely. When the Tether collapsed, Accelerator and many other Reversionists joined their plenary and fled the planet aboard the starship Exodus. Under as-yet unclear circumstances, Accelerator took up mentorship of a newly forged Cybertronian, Gauge, who seemed to get "lost in the stars" more often than she would like. When Gauge was meditating, Accelerator tracked her down and told her she was late for devotion, again. After bringing her charge to the devotional, she ensured that Gauge no longer had her head in the stars that cycle. Worried that her charge was slow to understand Reverionist Teachings, she offered advice before going to her own duties. Later, she was cleaning the floors with her charge before Gauge tried to investigate Heretech's throne. After Gauge was rebuked, Accelerator joined her charge in cleaning the windows of the ship, before losing track of her once more.Gauging the Truth: Part One
