Bumblebee mentions a former Seeker named Dreadwing. Whether this refers to the combined Powermaster jet, the alternate name for one of those said Powermasters, or the Generation 2 stealth bomber is unknown. In particular, the Dreadwing from Prime was a captain of an army of Seekers.
The Sea of Rust has appeared in other media, notably being the place of origin for the Rust Renegades in the Combiner Wars toyline.

Like his red clone in episode 2, Cog's torso piece disappears when he combines with Arcee.

While both Arcee and Cliffjumper got their own new toys in Earthrise, the designs for them were presumably not ready to be used in the Siege cartoon. As a result, Cliffjumper uses Bumblebee's recolored character model, while Arcee uses a new model based on her general character design rather than any pre-existing toy, similar to Bumblebee and Elita-1.
Moonracer's model is mostly reskinned from Chromia, with grenades added on to her backpack.
Soundblaster's model sports a few differences from his Siege toy, namely additional black parts, a flatter chest, and a Mercenary symbol instead of a Decepticon badge.
Prowl's detonator to Jetfire's Core Override uses the same model for the Cybertronian scanner used in Transformers: Prime, likely a case of asset reuse on the part of Polygon Pictures, which also did the animation for Prime.
