Xavier Percy

Xavier Percy (b. November 12, 1963) is a Belgian actor, director and voice director, who studied at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in 1984.
In addition to his film and TV series appearances, he is active in theater. He is also a professor at the European Writing University.
He sometimes practices dubbing, being the regular French voice of Neji Hyûga and Kiba Inuzuka in Naruto, Bobby Shearer in Inazuma Eleven and Tsubasa Otori in Beyblade: Metal Fusion, among several other voice roles.
