Jérôme Pauwels

Jérôme Pauwels (b. May 1, 1970) is a French actor specialized in dubbing. He is one of the regular French voice of Woody Harrelson, Jeremy Renner, Seann William Scott, Jon Bernthal and Justin Theroux (but not as Dropkick).
He is also the regular French voice of Two-Face in numerous Batman animated series and videogames.
