Dr. Fraud is a member of the Science Alliance from BotBots.

Dr. Fraud is a bot who, as far as he's concerned, is at the forefront of scientific discovery, even if he's just spitting out random nonsense and has absolutely no idea what the heck he's talking about, not that he'll ever admit to that. He once stated that heating up water causes it to become ice! However, the other bots have often questioned his "scientific method", causing the doc to become literally boiling mad, spewing chemicals all over!
