• Stripes's Japanese-language bios in the Encore and Masterpiece toylines identify his species as a "nitrotiger," but his English-language Titans Return bio calls him a "cybertiger." Rather than make two articles becuase of this inconsistency, we're assuming they are different names for the same species and have included both on this page.
