In 484, Gawain stood with King Arthur in a heated battle against a Saxon invasion, but the battle wasn't going in Camelot's favor. Gawain declared that he would lay his life down for his king but derided Merlin as a false hope. However, Merlin eventually returned with a giant three-headed fire-breathing dragon, who swiftly decimated the opposition. Later, Gawain and his colleagues toasted to brothers old and brothers new.

In the 2020s, Sir Edmund Burton informed an initially sceptical Viviane Wembly about the true history of Cybertronian involvement with humans such as Gawain. The Last Knight
