Motorhead is a Decepticon Micromaster in the Generation 1 continuity family.

Motorhead (of the Race Track Patrol) actually cares what his boss thinks of him. He spends too much time on the battlefield making sure Barricade notices his victories, instead of defeating the enemy. This just makes Barricade yell at him more.[1]
