The Vault Dweller is...somebody allied with the Autobots and some group of people from some unknown continuity family somewhere outside the Omniverse.

He could have something to do with an unknown doctor,a unknown purple haired girl,a unknown yellow haired girl,2 unknown time travellers from a Californian town,and the Autobots Optimus Prime,Bumblebee and Gigawatt from the mentioned continuity.

He also owns a completely identical blue box simliar to the mentioned doctor.

The blue box makes some vworping noise and then disappears completely. and reappears in a another point of time.

He also capable of teleportation simliar to the Decepticon Skywarp.

He also owns a massive arsenal of weapons from various unknown continuity families and the Transformers multiverse aswell.
