You can paste the following lines into LocalSettings.php to enable all installed skins:

wfLoadSkin( 'MinervaNeue' );
wfLoadSkin( 'MonoBook' );
wfLoadSkin( 'Timeless' );
wfLoadSkin( 'Vector' );

If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Mikako Komatsu (小松未可子 Komatsu Mikako) is a Japanese voice actor born November 11, 1988 in Mie Prefecture. Her many roles include Seishiro Tsugumi in Nisekoi, Mairin in Pokémon XY, Kotori Mizuki in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal, Marika Kato in Bodacious Space Pirates, Sei Iori in Gundam Build Fighters, and Joey in Heroman. She has also released two albums of music and performed the image song "Black Holy" for Bodacious Space Pirates.

She married co-star Tomoaki Maeno in 2020.
