Cement-Head is a Decepticon Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Of the combiner team of Cement-Head and Terror-Tread, Cement-Head is the one who "talks the talk". He always charges out in front, making threats to intimidate the enemy.

Cement-Head transforms into the back half of a teal dump truck. He was sold with Terror-Tread and a cannon transport (that itself transforms into a battle base).

Trivia

• In Dreamwave's More Than Meets The Eye encyclopedia, Cement-Head is incorrectly shown as the front half of the dump truck.
