Iacon's Xeno-Quarter takes up almost a fifth of the city, a sprawling ethnic enclave that's populated by organic immigrants that include the A'ovan, Akalouthan, and Voin. Notable points of interest include the A'ovan habitat, an arcology designed to replicate the lost biosphere of their homeworld.

While on his way home from the Tether, Rubble passed through the Xeno-Quarter; when the young 'bot encountered a Voin whom he had previously met out in the wilderness, he pursued it deeper into the tangled backstreets of the area... only to find that Quake had found the alien first and killed it.
