- This story, the only Binaltech one not written by Hirofumi Ichikawa, was published on satellite TV provider Takarand's site as part of their USA Edition Prowl promotion that saw it give out 60 copies of Alternators Prowl that had the "Highway Patrol" paint application replaced with "Satellite Patrol".
