Rubbish is a Junkion from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Simply dreadful.

Totally pants.

When the Junkions attacked the Autobots stranded on their planet, Rubbish worked with Re-Cycle to capture Blurr. Keeping up at the Autobot's left side, he fastened a net thrown over the Autobot by his partner on the other flank. Blurr broke through the net, but this didn't discourage either of his attackers, or the rest of their tribe.

Fortunately for the Autobots, Hot Rod's party found its way to the battle. Hot Rod offered the universal greeting and an energon goodie to the Junkions, which convinced them that the Autobots were not enemies. The two groups spontaneously began to celebrate their newly formed alliance, after which, to return the feelings of goodwill, the Junkions offered to restore Ultra Magnus to life. Beast Wars: Uprising

Rubbish had a scrapyard named after him in Hexima. Buckethead used it as training grounds for her new Constructicon recruits after the Grand Uprising. The Inexorable March

Notes

• Rubbish was never named in any fiction; his name (and the names of many other Junkions) comes from character designer's notes, revealed in Transformers: The Complete Ark.
• Rubbish is one of the movie's "extra" Junkions, whose designs were mostly a mix and match of each other's parts. In Rubbish's case, his chest, legs, and arms are based on Scrapheap's and therefore share similarities with Re-Cycle's and Trashbin's.
• The United/Platinum Edition Scrapheap toy (a new head retooling of Reveal the Shield Wreck-Gar) has a headsculpt quite reminiscent of Rubbish's character model.

Rubbish's basic body type is shared by many Junkions, some in colors similar-or-identical to his own, others... not so much.
