Whatever her real name is, one thing is certain about her. She is loyal to Dylan Gould, even being his right-hand woman.

While Sam Witwicky visited his girlfriend at Hotchkiss Gould Investments, Dylan's assistant stated that Carly was adorable when her boss called her his "Dutchess". Later when Sam and Carly began to run from Dylan's party, he asked her if his revelation was "too forward", she assured him it wasn't.
