Gilbert Levy

Gilbert Levy (b. November 20, 1949) is a French actor and voice director specialized in dubbing.

He is the regular French voice of Colm Meaney and Randy Quaid.

He is mostly known for being the French voice of characters in The Simpsons, like Moe Szyslak, Lenny, Willie, professor Frink, Cletus, and for his voices in South Park (Jimbo, Jimmy, M. Mackey and the singing voice in the opening).

He is also the French voice of Harvey Bullock in most of the Batman cartoons.

Notes

• In the European French dub of Revenge of the Fallen, Gilbert Levy and Marc Perez (who dubs Mudflap) switch off their roles during several scenes:
  • In the scene in which they scan new alt modes at the NEST base.
  • In the scene in which they tell Sam that they don't know how to read.
  • In the scene in which they the group arrives at the Tomb of the Primes.
