When the Autobots and Decepticons came to Equestria, Rainbow Dash was flying with the Wonderbolts before the group was confronted by a very confused Windblade. Transformation Is Magic
Later lounging about on a cloud, Rainbow Dash crossed paths with and properly met Windblade and started a slap fight over who was the fastest. Organizing a race between Autobots and ponies, Rainbow Dash and Windblade took to the skies only to be confronted by Misfire and the Rainmakers. Using her small size and high speed to her advantage, Rainbow Dash was able to dodge the Seekers attack, later advising Windblade on a strategy to turn their missiles back on them.
