Liliana Barba Meinecke, known as Liliana Barba (b. January 16, 1973) is a Mexican voice actress and voice director.
She is the Latin-American Spanish voice of Hilary Duff, Lucy Liu, Penélope Cruz and various other actresses. In animation, her countless voice roles include the voice of Chuckie Finster in Rugrats, Vanellope Von Schweetz in Ralph Breaks the Internet, Yumi Ishiyama in Code Lyoko, Gabby Gabby in Toy Story 4, Téa Gardner in Yu-Gi-Oh! and Daisy Duck in various Disney projects.
