Harry Joseph Lennix III (born November 16, 1964) is an American actor. He's best known for his roles as Terrence "Dresser" Williams in The Five Heartbeats, Boyd Langton in Dollhouse, Commander Lock in the Matrix trilogy, Harold Cooper on The Blacklist and General and then Secretary of Defense Calvin Swanwick in the DC Cinematic Universe.

His previous voice acting credits include Mar Londo during the first season of Legion of Super Heroes and Black Manta on Justice League: Throne of Atlantis.
