  • "Nyx" (Νῠ́ξ) is the name of the primordial deity of the night in Greek mythology. The Transformers character appears to take inspiration from the bat Optimus Primal toy (also known as Convobat in Japan) combined with the subsequent Onyx Primal redeco.
