Riccardo Peroni

Riccardo Peroni (born April 3, 1949) is an Italian voice actor. He voiced the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series, The Batman, Batman Vs Dracula, Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker and Batman: The Brave and The Bold, Dexter's dad in Dexter's Laboratory, Scratch in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Bull Gator in TazMania, Oolong in Dragon Ball and Snips in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
