When Megatron and his separatists masterminded the theft of the Golden Disk, Skold, Tarantulas, Waspinator were sent to the Great Shipyard to steal an escape craft and cripple any pursuit. 14,207 cycles after the Shipyard's last incident, the three blew up every ship save the Darksyde which they claimed as their own.
The attack left only a few transwarp-capable ships able to pursue the Darksyde, with the Axalon being redirected from its exploratory duties to intercept. Savage Landing Part 1
