Emirate

An Emirate is a title given to high ranking Autobot leaders.

The Emirates were prominate government figures prior to the Great War. What exactly being an Emirate entails and how one becomes one is unknown. There is some suggestion that an Emirate may be responisble for a certain territory (see Trivia), as Xeon was apparently responisble for government of Kaon.

Trivia

• If 'Emirate' is the Anglicised version of a Cybertronian title, then it is a misnomer. Emirate is not a title, but a word that describes a place. An Emir is the leader of an Emirate. At least, that's how it goes on Earth.
