Longarm built satellites with a friend in Village B13.

As part of their campaign to kidnap Mini-Cons, the Decepticons first attacked Village B13. The Mini-Cons from the village were the first be experimented on, being mecha-sectioned so that they could powerlinx with Bulks. Longarm's friend managed to escape the Decepticons and tell Longarm of his village's fate. Armada #1
