Well packaging and instructions and all for the new Chevy Aero exclusive Swerve have been shown and his is indeed a Universe figure not a Movie one. So. We need to distinguish theses two somehow. He can be Swerve (Aero) I suppose, but then what should this guy be? Thoughts?

Seems like this Swerve's most distinguishing feature is that he's got a Mini-Con. Would "Swerve (Powerlinx)" be appropriate? - Jackpot 16:08, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

Suppose it all depends on whether the Universe line comes with an accompanying Universe continuity this time around. Classics 2.0 certainly does, but do the others? Does Swerve's bio indicate any particular continuity he's from?--Rosicrucian 16:25, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

Given that all we know about the toy comes from what is likely a stolen test shot and a news report from a web site that isn't exactly the most reliable, I say we wait to figure out what to call him until we have official confirmation. --FortMax 16:47, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

Well, the pictures and details we've seen on the new Swerve aren't likely going to change, really. The Universe logo used is the same one as the previous Universe line. As far as defining the continuity, I would place the new swerve as Universe 2.0 and have done with it. -Vanguard 19:07, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

We do have proof he's Universe, having seen his instuctions and packaging. It doesn't appear he's gonna get any bio or specs (though they could always show up on Chevy's websight or something I suppose). I'm curious myself whether the new Universe will have fiction connect to it or not. If it doesn't do we consider the new releases part of the old Universe fictional set up or...?
