Carlos Seidl

Carlos Alberto Seidl (b. December 17, 1948) is a Brazilian voice actor, and his last name is pronounced as Saidel. He is best known for being the voice of Raymond in the Mexican TV series Chavo, both in the live-action and animated versions. As well as Fred Willard in WALL-E, Bullet Farmer in Mad Max: Fury Road, White Knight in Generator Rex and Stan Lee.
