Ciarán Morrison and Mick O'Hara are a duo of Irish writers and actors. The pair rose to fame in their native land as puppeteers on children's television in the late 1980s performing the alien puppet characters Zig and Zag, who became award-winning nationally beloved TV icons, and would make the jump to British television early in the 1990s. They continue to portray the characters to this day, along with spin-off characters Podge and Rodge, and have also written for various cartoons, including Rescue Bots Academy, Danger Mouse, 101 Dalmation Street, and Space Chickens in Space.
