Paweł Szczesny

Paweł Szczesny (b. May 21, 1963) is a Polish actor and voice actor. In addition to his long-running role as Victor in the Thomas The Tank Engine franchise and Destro in G. I. Joe Renegades, he's also provided numerous voices for the Power Rangers, Scooby Doo, Naruto, Pokémon, and Penguins of Madagascar franchises. He also voiced Zoltan Chivay in all three Witcher games.
