Greasestain was among the Junkions that attacked the Autobots stranded on their planet, until the arrival of Hot Rod's party. The young Autobot's offering of the universal greeting and an energon goodie was well received by the Junkions, who enthusiastically repeated the greeting.

To return the feelings of goodwill, the Junkions offered to restore Ultra Magnus to life. Greasestain was part of the group which brought together his remains for repairs.

During the fight against Unicron, Greasestain hastened to make repairs on the Minnow after it had been blasted by the Chaos Bringer. The Transformers: The Movie

Notes

• Greasestain was never named in any fiction; his name (and the names of many other Junkions) comes from character designer's notes, revealed in Transformers: The Complete Ark.
• Greasestain is one of the movie's "extra" Junkions, whose designs were mostly a mix and match of each other's parts. In his case, his chest, forearms and legs are based on Junkyard's and therefore share similarities with Wasteoid Gamma's, HAZMAT's and Ashtray's.
