Patty Minamikaze is an Autobot-allied human from the Victory portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
So YOU'RE to blame for all those girls in TF costumes!

Patty Minamikaze, the elder sister of Jean Minamikaze, is a human girl orphaned after a spacecraft carrying her family (except for Jean, of course) was destroyed by the Dinoforce. She was adopted by Victory Leo.

She also has a ridiculous outfit.
