Jean-Marc Delhausse

Jean-Marc Delhausse (born in Liège on February 13, 1960) is a Belgian actor, director and voice director.

His most famous roles include Professor Oak in Pokémon, Smoker in One Piece, Professor X in X-Men: Evolution, the Grand Inquisitor in Star Wars Rebels and Lucario in the Super Smash Bros videogames.

He also uses his voice for radio and television commercials, as well as audio books.
