Waddlepop is a member of the Sugar Shocks from BotBots.

Waddlepop was just an ordinary ice cream bar until Energon radiation brought that frozen treat to life, transforming it into an adorable robotic penguin. Now a full-fledged Transformer, Waddlepop has joined her fellow robotic confectionaries as part of the Sugar Shocks! She enjoys supporting her teammates by giving them high fives, though she'll start to melt if she's away from the freezer for too long.

Waddlepop was a member of the White Order of the Primus Vanguard. She waved alongside Meltz Down and some of the planet's natives when their commander White Gallant Convoy and his retinue drove by their home on the White Planet. God Neptune comic 2

This mold was also used to make Rainbow Smileypop.
