Energy-hungry Powersurges are naturally attracted to power sockets, and even claim electricity sings to them. Their playful attitude has been known to cause blackouts, fires, and even resulted in them draining Bots of energy.

The Mini-Cons were all brought to Earth from another dimension by Micronus Prime and could be found by humans in the Guardian Program equipped with an Autobot Scanner modified with Decepticon technology.
